OUR TEAM

PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE AND PERSON-CENTRED CARE FOR WOMEN

Our Approach
We are a team of female psychologists and therapists who provide supportive, evidence-based care to women and female-identifying clients seeking assessment and therapy. Our therapists are trained in a range of therapeutic approaches to assist with a variety of mental health concerns.

We understand that seeking therapy can feel like a vulnerable process, and our team aims to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly.

All appointments take place in our calm and private clinic rooms, where each client receives individualised care.

Individual sessions offer a safe and confidential space to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences, with the aim of fostering insight and wellbeing.

ASD Assessments
We offer comprehensive assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for adult women. Our assessments are conducted by trained clinicians using evidence-based tools to support accurate understanding and tailored recommendations. The goal of an assessment is to provide clarity, guide next steps, and connect clients with appropriate supports and resources.

Group Therapy
Beginning in February 2026, we will offer group therapy programs designed to provide connection, understanding, and therapeutic support in a safe and guided setting.
Our groups include an IVF Support Group, available both in person and via Telehealth, and a Couples Group – Growing Stronger Together, which focuses on enhancing communication and connection.
